Shopping Guide

Step 1: Browse Products

Visit the Products section to browse by category (US beef, seafood, cheese, spices...), or use the search bar in the header to quickly find a product by name.

Step 2: View Product Details

Each product page shows full details: origin, packaging, minimum order quantity (MOQ), shelf life, quality certifications (HACCP, ISO 22000...), and storage/usage instructions.

Step 3: Request Consultation / Quote

Click "Request Consultation" on any product page, or go to Request a Quote to submit the products and quantities you're interested in. Our sales team will reach out with pricing and delivery arrangements as soon as possible.

Step 4: Confirm Your Order

Once price, quantity, and delivery time are agreed, your order will be confirmed by phone or email. For recurring business customers, HUKI GOURMET can set up an account to track order history and outstanding balances online.

Step 5: Receive Your Order

Products are delivered to your registered address per our Shipping Policy. Please inspect the goods upon receipt and report any issues promptly.
