Delivery Areas

HUKI GOURMET delivers directly within Hue, Da Nang, Hoi An, and surrounding areas. For orders outside these areas, please contact our hotline to discuss suitable shipping arrangements (refrigerated truck, or partner cold-chain carriers).

Delivery Lead Time

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days: delivered same day or by the following morning at the latest.
• Bulk orders (by case/pallet) or custom-sourced products: delivery time will be confirmed together with your quote.
• Lead times may vary during holidays or due to weather conditions beyond our control — we will proactively notify affected customers.

Cold Chain Handling

All frozen and chilled products are transported using temperature-controlled vehicles, maintaining an unbroken cold chain from warehouse to customer, in line with HACCP/ISO 22000 standards.

Shipping Fees

Delivery fees are calculated based on distance, order volume, and any special handling requirements. Business customers with recurring orders are eligible for preferential shipping rates — please contact our sales team for a detailed quote.
